About the position

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in coordinating order processing and invoicing, ensuring every order is handled swiftly and accurately. By collaborating with internal teams and building strong relationships with customers, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Your contributions will be essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences, streamlining the distribution of life-changing medical devices, and guaranteeing precise invoicing. Tasks

  • Customer Order Processing & Consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Shipping Orders, Customs, and Shipment Documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Production, and Suppliers.
  • Handle Debtor Invoicing and Collection Support.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: to ensure timely payments.
  • Inventory Management and Coordination to ensure stock availability.
  • General Administration.
  • Project Collaboration and Process Improvement.

Your profile

  • Commercial education, Bachelor (an advantage) or relevant professional experience.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field and/or position, with a solid knowledge of order processing.

  • Strong Customer orientation & Teamworker.

  • Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate.

  • Proficiency in MS 365; knowledge of Salesforce & Quickbooks is a plus.

  • Desire to learn new things.

  • Spanish language is a plus.
